DÉGRADÉ CONSPIRACY

The​ ​brand​ ​aims​ ​to​ ​give​ ​voice​ ​to​ ​the​ ​rebellion​ ​of​ ​young​ ​people​ ​towards​ ​the​ ​society​ ​which​ ​is becoming​ ​more​ ​and​ ​more​ ​ethically​ ​and​ ​culturally​ ​degraded.​ ​This​ ​is​ ​the​ ​reason​ ​why​ ​they​ ​don’t feel​ ​represented​ ​by​ ​nowadays’​ ​society​ ​anymore​ ​and​ ​they​ ​refuse​ ​to​ ​be​ ​part​ ​of​ ​it. Just​ ​as​ ​its​ ​ideal​ ​reference​ ​audience,​ ​the​ ​brand​ ​is​ ​based​ ​on​ ​an​ ​underground​ ​but​ ​cultured imaginary​ ​which​ ​combines​ ​contamination​ ​from​ ​different​ ​subcultures​ ​to​ ​artistic​ ​and​ ​literary reminiscences. As​ ​the​ ​name​ ​suggests,​ ​Dégradé​ ​Conspiracy,​ ​has​ ​a​ ​provocative​ ​intent:​ ​encouraging​ ​young people​ ​to​ ​rebel​ ​against​ ​moral​ ​and​ ​cultural​ ​decay​ ​and​ ​meeting​ ​up​ ​to​ ​make​ ​their​ ​voice​ ​heard by​ ​a​ ​soft​ ​revolution​ ​which​ ​restores​ ​ideals​ ​and​ ​more​ ​equal​ ​values.

The​ ​name​ ​Dégradé​ ​Conspiracy​ ​encloses​ ​the​ ​two​ ​souls​ ​of​ ​the​ ​brand.​ ​On​ ​one​ ​side​ ​it​ ​refers​ ​to the​ ​english​ ​verb​ ​“degrade”​ ​which​ ​means​ ​degrading,​ ​debilitating,​ ​declining;​ ​A​ ​provocation​ ​that is​ ​a​ ​strong​ ​critic​ ​to​ ​the​ ​decay​ ​of​ ​today’s​ ​society​ ​and​ ​an​ ​invite​ ​to​ ​rebellion​ ​and​ ​change. Dégradé,​ ​on​ ​the​ ​other​ ​hand,​ ​is​ ​also​ ​inspired​ ​to​ ​the​ ​french​ ​word​ ​and​ ​it​ ​alludes​ ​to​ ​the chromatic​ ​nuance​ ​of​ ​the​ ​color​ ​games​ ​of​ ​the​ ​geometries​ ​of​ ​the​ ​prints,​ ​from​ ​the​ ​chaos​ ​of​ ​full color​ ​to​ ​the​ ​minimalist​ ​order​ ​of​ ​white
